Directed by Shayne Edwards and starring award-winning radio talk show host Phil Valentine, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, and Senator Jim DeMint. AN INCONSISTENT TRUTH is one man’s odyssey to find the truth about man-made global warming. Phil Valentine takes you on a quest for the truth in his biodiesel-fueled Mercedes, Bennie the BioBenz. He explores the facts behind the global warming issue and debunks some famous myths, talking with leading scientific experts on the ‘skeptic’ side and exploring the entire culture of the global warming movement – often in a humorous and satirical way.

Penn State College Republicans Announce Truth Week 2014 Lineup

Penn state college republicans'The Penn State College Republicans announced the lineup yesterday for their fourth annual Truth Week from Monday, Oct. 13 to Wednesday, Oct. 15. The week looks to foster conversation about important political topics, bringing conservative speakers to Penn State.

Family Research Councils hosts webcast regarding common core

Common Core: The Government’s Classroom

On Tuesday, September 9th from 8 to 9pm EST, the Family Research Council will host a webcast to inform parents, teachers, and officials on the coming overhaul in testing and curriculum that is part of the Common Core State Standards Initiative.  In preparation for the coming school year, FRC has assembled guests including Dr. Sandra Stotsky of the University of Arkansas; Jane Robbins, Esq. of the American Principles Project; Dr. Neal McCluskey of the CATO Institute; and Will Estrada, Esq. of the Home School Legal Defense Association to examine the Initiative in depth, and provide background on its origin and aims.  Host and FRC President Tony Perkins, together with Senior Fellow Sarah Perry will discuss the Initiative’s implications of federalism, privacy, and academic performance, and address efforts to reverse the Common Core state-by-state.
