Glenn Beck to Speak at Audit the IRS Rally

We have just been informed that Glenn Beck has accepted an invitation to speak at our Audit the IRS rally on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 12pm to 3pm. There were rumors last week and even talk from Beck on his radio program that he would be showing up in DC this week. You can read more about his announcement here  Glenn Beck

Brittney Moreett to speak at SVC meeting, Monday, June 10, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Country Cupboard in Lewisburg, PA

Susquehanna Valley Conservatives is pleased and excited to announce Brittney Morrett as the speaker for their next meeting on Monday, June 10.

Her presentation will address several questions including the following:

I’m an older white male-how do I talk to minorities or youth about conservative principles?

Is it actually realistic to deport 12 million people?

Can conservatives lead on immigration reform?

Are purists doing more harm than good?

Why can’t we all just be Americans? Why do we have to target specific groups?

Plan to attend this meeting and hear what this young woman has to say about the future of our country. The meeting is free and open to the public. Youth and minorities are especially encouraged to attend

Tea Party Patriots are needed at the IRS Rally in DC on June 19

Dear Patriots,

Please go to the Tea Party Patriots web site.  We hope you can go to the IRS Rally in DC on June 19th at 12 noon at IRS building. On the TPP site, they would like to know if you are coming, and if you would like a bus.  Tea Party Patriots is working on partnering with other large grassroots groups, and if that occurs, the bus situation may happen.  We will keep you updated as we get information.  In the meantime, please go to the site, sign up and check off if you would want a bus or if not. www.teapartypatriots.org

The IRS and Washington, DC needs to hear from the American people.  Our freedoms and liberties cannot be taken away!

PA Leadership Council Announces Quarterly Briefings

PLC 2014 logoThe Pennsylvania Leadership Council is pleased to announce a series of quarterly briefings that will be open to attendees of the 2013 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference.

The first PLC Quarterly Briefing will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. until Noon at the PMA Building, 225 State Street, Harrisburg, PA.

Featured speaker will be Jonathan Williams of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), co-author of the Rich States/Poor States report on state business climates.  He will speak about the competitiveness of Pennsylvania’s business climate and what needs to be done to improve our economy.

Additionally, invitations have been issued to key legislative leaders to discuss the 2013-2014 Pennsylvania State budget and key legislative issues.

Seating is limited and pre-registration (at no charge) is required.
